The Apogee MQ-610 ePAR meter is designed to accurately measure the new enhanced photosynthetically active radiation (ePAR) from 400 to 750 nm for all light sources. Suitable for scientists and professional growers.

The laboratory measurement of the newly defined wavelength 400-750 nm (ePAR) has been found to be more photosynthetically active than the traditional wavelength 400-700 nm (PAR). The MQ-610 device can accurately measure the distant red photons (700-750 nm) found in many new generation LED lights, the sun and other light sources, which cannot be measured by conventional PAR meters.
