The Apogee MQ-610 ePAR meter is designed to accurately measure the new enhanced photosynthetically active radiation (ePAR) from 400 to 750 nm for all light sources. Suitable for scientists and professional growers.

Apogee's newest high-quality ePAR sensor, the ePAR Sensor, was developed in 2021 as an upgrade to our ePFD sensor and is designed to measure the newly defined ePAR 400-750 nm radiant range, which research shows is photosynthetically active, exceeding the traditional 400-700 nm range. The intelligent SQ-616 ePAR sensor can be connected directly to a computer (Windows or MacOS X) via the USB interface and use the included software to measure, graph and log real-time PPFD data. The sensor can also act as a standalone PAR data logger by simply plugging into most standard 5V DC USB plugs. The internal memory in the sensor can store 10,000 user-defined periodic measurements, which can be downloaded as a CSV file to a computer for analysis.
