BETA-2 can control variable speed fans based on the current temperature to increase or decrease the fan speed. Increasing the fan speed increases the cooling capacity... decreasing the fan speed reduces the cooling capacity. Using the BETA-2 system in this way provides a VERY economical and effective way to deal with heat in an enclosed space.
